What you will be doing:

The operations specialist role is vital to the success of any organization. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure that operations run smoothly. you will be an important part of our corporate team collaborating with executive leadership, functional experts, investors, and external partners. You will develop internal as well as Board-level and investor-facing financial and operational forecasts, scenario models, analyses of past results and trends, research summaries, and other strategic materials. You will also be responsible for providing support to the operations manager will help ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

 

What your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Identifying, gathering, organizing, and analyzing technical, operational, and financial data from multiple systems across the business to identify trends, create forecasts, and model scenarios. Utilize tools and techniques to generate insights and support company-wide decisions for strategic projects, business operations, and investments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and related documentation to communicate analysis and recommendations to exceed the expectations of various audiences. Build engaging graphics and apply data visualization methods to enhance messages.
  • Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations
  • Maintain records of all business activities, including financial records, inventory, and customer data
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the management of vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and managing delivery schedules
  • Provide support to the operations manager as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in operations management or in similar roles
  • Knowledge of business processes and operations
  • Bilingual English/Chinese required
  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Experience creating data-rich content and delivering to C-level and Board-level audiences
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and uncompromising attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
