Job Summary

The Rework Technician is responsible set-up, test, and troubleshooting of surveillance equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reworking of returned products
• Performs firmware/hardware upgrades on surveillance equipment
• Testing and reformatting of hard drive and software
• Monitor shipping and packaging of the reworked products
• Reassembling/packing returned equipment to be used for refurbishment
• Ad-hoc warehouse duties as needed

Required Education and Experience

• Experience: 1 year of Warehouse experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) - Speak & Read
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel functions
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
