Job Summary

Responsible for receiving and processing incoming demo kit requests, maintaining records and compiling reports. Gather and translate all necessary customer and internal data to develop accurate and detailed demo kit orders that support the sales department. Work in conjunction with sales, customers, and other internal teams to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner. Must be able to read Chinese.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for coordinating and processing demo requests from customers, sales, and the product team

·       Control and monitor the limit for demo applications and ensure that demo kits are returned  when not utilized by internal staff/customers

·       Arrange demo requests for shipment in a timely manner

·       Answers phone calls from customers and sales team to resolve issues as they arise

·       Coordinates with internal teams to resolve client-related issues and develop ways to optimize demo processes accordingly

·       Generate ad-hoc reports as needed from executive management and internal teams

Required Education and Experience

·       1+ years of order entry and customer service experience preferred or any equivalent combination of education/experience.

·       Bilingual Chinese required (Must be able to read simplified Chinese)

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·       Ability to problem solve, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

·       Team player, punctual, reliable, and high integrity.

·       Microsoft Office experience preferred.

·       Ability to organize, communicate and accurately report information to departments.

 

 

Compensation

·       Dahua Technology offers an attractive base salary and bonus structure. Bonus paid semi -annually, depending on performance.
