Job Summary

The Repair Technician position will work as part of the RMA team responsible for performing various repair duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor. These include and are not limited to security camera and digital recorder repairs, adjustments, rework, and software updates. In addition, they will support our customers’ service centers on training and management. This position will work as a team participant along with company staff to ensure repair services meets quality standards set by the Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customers' service requests and concerns in timely manner.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots mechanical, electronic and optical problems.
  • Repair the product defects to meet the quality standard.
  • Support our customers on their repair engineers’ training.
  • Support factory on FAE work to improve the field quality;
  • May assist in monitoring and/or controlling repair inventory and/or supplies.

Required Education and Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in hands-on technical work in the field of electronic, mechanical, etc. Experience in repairing surveillance products is an advantage.

·         Bilingual Mandarin preferred

·         Knowledge of electronic circuit and can understand basic camera structural drawings.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

·         Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation

 

Compensation

Dahua Technology is offering an attractive base salary plus bonus, depending on experience.
