Job Summary

The Sr. Credit Controller position will work as part of the Finance department responsible for the overseeing of the collections of customer accounts through communicating between various functions within Dahua North America. This associate will handle issues related to credit assessments and improve, create, and maintain processes and accurate records of financial activity. Through this approach this associate will make great decisions that exceed company standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Collect payments and minimize customer debt (aged/current) - maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty

· Communicate efficiently with customers and internal business team

· Follow up on, collect and allocate payments

· Close monitoring of debtor balances including non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, manage and resolve customer disputes;

· Performing customer billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines

· Working closely with other relevant departments and maintaining strong internal relationships.

· Working to agreed KPIs and exceeding targets

· Analyze reporting and implement processes based on findings

· Update and retrieve information for customers credit applications

· Review and approve shipping according to credit exposure

· Reconcile all credit card related payments and resolved customer disputes

· Analyzing employee expenses and resolve related inquires raised by employees

· Maintain all finance related documents in accordance with compliance requirements

· Provide support for other areas of Finance when required

Required Education and Experience

· 2-5 years Credit Control / Accounts Receivable / General Accounting experience

· Financial management experience is desireable

· Competency in using MS Excel and ERP software

· Strong analytical ability and the aptitude to analyze reports

· Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and reporting skills

Compensation

Dahua Technology is offering an attractive base salary plus bonus, depending on experience.
