Job Summary

Inside Sales Account Manager (ISM) will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives. ISM is accountable for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory via telephone. The ISM must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day to distributors and integrators, while leveraging and promoting Dahua partner program, to maximize the revenue opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory.

Required Education and Experience

  • Experience: Security/Video Surveillance industry or related industry preferred
  • Minimum 2 years college
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
  • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize it to position the features and benefits to customers

Compensation

Dahua Technology is offering an attractive base salary plus bonus, depending on experience.
