About the Role:  You will help distinguish our company with professionalism, best practice, and quality therapy services. You will use a variety of treatment approaches with a diverse case load.  Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment, program development, parent education, home program management, consultation for IEP/ IFSP meetings, documentation, collaboration with other disciplines, and job-related administrative tasks.

About You: The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatrics (and or a relevant clinical internship/ fellowship in pediatrics), be positive, flexible and an adaptable team player. We are looking for professionals with a strong desire to learn, excellent organizational and time management skills, sound communication skills and willingness to collaborate, share ideas and contribute to the team.

Position requirements

Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association OR is in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC-SP in accordance with standards defined by the ASHA

Hold current WA state licensure (or be eligible for licensure)

Hold current CPR certification
