This position is a remote work position.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or 3 years’ experience in related field. 2+ years of designing and working with Windows Server operating systems environments, Active Directory network environments and system administration. Knowledge of virtualization technologies, networking devices, device monitoring practices and LAN/WAN networking. Experience with ConnectWise Automate and/or Solarwinds N-Central products. Intermediate to advanced scripting skills with PowerShell. Advanced knowledge of remote monitoring industry standards, security standards and real-world experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service and support to partners with their RMM solution. Add, modify or remove remote monitoring systems that follow industry and company standards. Add, modify or remove notification and/or automation templates for monitors. Provide and implement recommendations to resolve partner needs. Provide technical support or act as intermediary with vendor support. Implement recommended or requested Windows Update (patching) schedules and configurations. Assist partners with new onboarding setup and configuration. Provide RMM solution troubleshooting in order to meet client monitoring, patching or automation needs. Develop, test and implement PowerShell or other scripting technologies supported by the RMM solution for partner needs. Effectively communicate with partners and team members. Any other duties assigned.

A candidate must be a self-starter with good time management and communication skills. This position is a remote position and candidate must have access to a secure high-speed internet connection. Candidate may be required to communicate with partners by telephone or voice services, as such, the remote workplace must be free of background noise to ensure a professional experience.
