Distributed Solar Development, LLC (DSD) seeks a Salesforce Administrator to join its growing team. DSD develops “C&I” solar and solar plus storage projects with municipalities, F500 companies, and utilities.
As a critical member of the Digital Infrastructure team, the Salesforce Administrator will work cross functionally to gather feedback & improve functionality for our users. This team member will create dashboards, trainings, reports, and automations within our environment. A successful Administrator will work collaboratively with the immediate team as well as a network of vendors and business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop reports, dashboards and workflow for business functions
- Develop and hold training, feedback sessions, and general user support
- Manage userbase, roles, permissions
- Project manage integrations, monitor data flow & usage, support ongoing improvements
- Support system improvements and implementations, including change sets, data mapping, and general maintenance of our environments
- Support user testing and user acceptance
- Document requests, ticketing, and other feedback
- Lead implementations for SFDC apps
- Participate in sprints, manage tickets to close, communicate change to the business
- Other Salesforce support as needed
Requirements:
- Salesforce certified administrator (or advanced administrator); or demonstrated equivalency
- Experience in a similar role/ scope
- Extensive experience in Salesforce administration and environment maintenance
- Knowledge of Salesforce data import and manipulation
- Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing
- User-experience focus
- Salesforce integrations experience preferred
- Salesforce development experience preferred
- Salesforce Communities experience preferred
