Duties:

·       Plan, manage and execute marketing programs including digital campaigns, events and conferences to generate and nurture leads.

·       Work closely with creative agency to set our digital campaign strategy to drive quality lead volume and nurture existing leads, leveraging digital advertising and marketing automation solution. Coordinate as needed with inside sales to execute multi-tactic campaigns.

·       Manage content development: work with agencies and subject matter experts to prioritize messages and ensure deliverables are on brand and strategically aligned.

·       Own content & engagement calendar: manage communication between creative and PR firms to align content created with PR, events, etc. in a cohesive manner.

·       Facilitate customer engagement through onsite events and PR opportunities as required; help plan and execute customer ribbon cuttings and press releases.

·       Develop and implement a process for event/conference planning, execution, recap, and follow-up; work closely with origination, partner sales and inside sales team to get the most ROI from every event/conference engagement.

·       Serve as a brand ambassador for internal and external communication.

 

Requirements:

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience managing B2B marketing in a services or financial industry (renewable energy industry experience a plus).

·       Experience managing agencies and content creation with strong attention to detail.

·       Experience managing digital lead generation campaigns including email and SEM.

·       Experience managing events and conference participation and coordinating with sales teams to optimize ROI.

·       Strong communication skills and proven ability to develop and implement new processes cross functionally within a decentralized organization.

·       Passion for renewable energy and belief in DSD’s mission.

·       Ability to work closely with distributed team across all functions of the organization.

·       Software: SalesForce.com CRM, Adobe Suite capabilities a plus.
