Role Summary/Purpose

Distributed Solar Development’s footprint in the Commercial Solar PV is rapidly expanding. DSD is looking for an experienced real estate paralegal to join the legal department to support the project finance team.

This position will be responsible for or handling a variety of commercial real estate matters including: financings, title, survey work and closings.

The job will focus on title and survey due diligence, interacting with the title companies on searches, recordation and issuance of title policies.

This position will be in DSD Headquarters, with remote options considered.

Qualifications/Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies

7+ years of commercial real estate work experience
