Olive Hill Group is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support one of our premier buildings located in Culver City. The Assistant Property Manager serves as a key point of contact for tenants and vendors and assists in all aspects of property management including, monthly financial reporting and budgeting process as well as tenant relations, building operations, leasing and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous commercial property management who is interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate management.


Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Property Manager on budgets and financial reports including annual budgets, CAM and tax reconciliations, monthly variance reports, aged delinquency reports and rent rolls

• Prepare and distribute tenant rent statements and administer collection of account receivables

• Provide prompt response to tenant requests for engineering, security, janitorial services, etc., and prepare the work order for appropriate personnel

• Ensure all work orders are processed and delegated to appropriate personnel, including coordinating the moves of tenants in and out of the building

• Maintain building manuals and emergency procedures; prepare and distribute tenant surveys


Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in commercial property management

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic accounting, and various platforms, such as MRI or Yardi

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors and other contacts
