IT Manager - Enterprise Applications

(Full-time, onsite in El Segundo, CA — U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work)

Role Summary

We are hiring an Enterprise Applications / Systems Engineer to lead the selection, rollout, qualification, and integration of Cambium’s enterprise data systems across R&D, operations, and the business. You will own system configuration, integrations, workflows, and the migration from manual workflows to robust, connected platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Select, configure, connect, maintain enterprise applications
  • Business requirements analysis and stakeholder alignment
  • User support and training
  • Enterprise data architecture and management
  • Implement workflows, integrations, and data flows across R&D, manufacturing, and business teams.
  • Lead vendor qualification and periodic review of vendor compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in a technical field, preferably computer or data science or related
  • 10+ years of experience in IT or software development
  • Experience in an R&D or manufacturing IT operations
  • Led business requirements analysis and enterprise SaaS deployments
  • Software development experience (python, java script, web frameworks)
  • Strong systems thinking, requirements gathering, and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud compute infrastructure (GCP, Azure, or AWS) is a plus

Salary Range:  $115K - $165K

As a condition of employment, the candidate may need to successfully complete a medical evaluation and obtain clearance to wear respiratory personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134.
