Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Senior Revenue Operations Manager optimizes revenue-generating engines for our dynamic and expanding company. This role involves strategically aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to create a cohesive and high-performing commercial function. The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations is instrumental in fueling the company's growth trajectory through insightful data analysis, the implementation of efficient processes, and the strategic integration of technology. 

 

The ideal candidate lives in the Austin, Texas area and has interest in future hybrid work. However, this is a remote role open to applicants in any U.S. state. Less than 10% travel is anticipated for team meetings.

 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategies to support company goals

  • Manage and optimize CRM and related sales technology stack

  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track performance

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

  • Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize processes

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting

  • Manage sales enablement tools and content

  • Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the CRM and other systems

Qualifications you’ll need to succeed:

  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related role

  • At least 2 years of experience administering Hubspot for sales teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales technologies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across departments

  • Experience in the education technology (ed tech) industry is preferred

Bonus points if you have these skills:

  • Successful experience leading CRM, ideally Hubspot, buildout and integrations for a growing organization

  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Experience in higher education or medical education

  • Experience with sales automation and marketing automation platforms

  • Experience working for private equity-backed companies

  • Project management certification or experience

  • Knowledge of lead generation and demand generation strategies
