The National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) promotes environmental education and public lands engagement. As a remote-first organization based in Washington, D.C., we offer flexibility while fostering a collaborative virtual environment. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support our conservation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and developing conservation programs.
  • Manage project plans and prepare reports.
  • Develop and deliver conservation training content.
  • Write reports and publications on program achievements.
  • Support program evaluation and data management.
  • Represent NEEF at meetings and conferences.
  • Support and assist in grant making process.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in environmental education, natural resources, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of program coordination or project management experience.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media tools.
  • Team-oriented and proactive.

 

Compensation

  • Desired range:  $49,968 - $58,712.
  • Competitive benefits and salary.
  • NEEF uses location-based salary bands to ensure fair and competitive compensation, with the final salary determined by the employee's geographic location.
