The National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) promotes environmental education and public lands engagement. As a remote-first organization based in Washington, D.C., we offer flexibility while fostering a collaborative virtual environment. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support our conservation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and developing conservation programs.
- Manage project plans and prepare reports.
- Develop and deliver conservation training content.
- Write reports and publications on program achievements.
- Support program evaluation and data management.
- Represent NEEF at meetings and conferences.
- Support and assist in grant making process.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in environmental education, natural resources, or related fields.
- 2+ years of program coordination or project management experience.
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media tools.
- Team-oriented and proactive.
Compensation
- Desired range: $49,968 - $58,712.

- NEEF uses location-based salary bands to ensure fair and competitive compensation, with the final salary determined by the employee's geographic location.
