Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead onsite activities at our Scrubgrass Bitcoin mining facility. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong client relationships, and excels at delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and smooth operations while managing a dedicated onsite team.
Responsibilities
Client Communication & Service
- Act as the main liaison for clients, providing clear updates and resolving concerns promptly.
- Document and escalate out-of-scope issues for client review and billing.
- Build trust through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations, including team coordination, safety checks, and equipment monitoring.
- Conduct morning stand-ups and ensure priorities are aligned.
- Monitor dashboards and address issues efficiently.
Safety & Compliance:
- Lead weekly OSHA safety training sessions.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and escalate concerns as needed.
Team Management:
- Coach and develop team members for high performance.
- Approve timecards, manage payroll sign-offs, and oversee shift coverage.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational concerns.

Required:
- Strong client relations and customer service skills with a professional communication style.
- Proven ability to lead and coach teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain.
Preferred:
- Experience managing client expectations and delivering operational transparency.
- Strong escalation management and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with technical environments or willingness to learn.
- Previous leadership experience in operations or customer-facing roles.
