Technician

Job Summary
As a technician, you will provide on-site support for installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. This role combines hands-on equipment work with advanced IT responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and equipment
Complete daily walkthroughs, inventory checks, and system performance monitoring
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Maintain accurate logs and submit reports using digital platforms
Receive, ship, and organize equipment
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data integrity standards
Perform maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g., maintaining clean machinery and site appearance)
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills

Advanced IT knowledge, including hardware/software troubleshooting and network diagnostics
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
Ability to use scripting or configuration tools for system optimization

Job Requirements

All appropriate licenses or permits to drive in your local area
Ability to lift and carry 40–70 pounds
Ability to walk long distances across the site
Ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
Availability to work on-call shifts on weekends
