Role:
An Appointment Setter at Dental Implant Machine schedules qualified appointments for our client partners. Candidates for this role will be responsible for providing a world class experience with dental implant leads, our client partners and internal team members by communicating professionally by phone, email, text and in-person.
This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Experience in a dental or call center position is preferred.
This role is able to be done from a remote, work-from-home environment, anywhere in the United States. Our team have loved this flexibility. We are willing to be flexible as needed to accommodate certain schedules.
*Ability to speak Spanish is not required, but would be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Become educated on dental implants to the point where one can explain the features and benefits to someone who is unfamiliar with dental implants
- Become a dental implant sales expert
- Call inbound leads who have shown an interest in dental implants
- Answer inbound and make outbound phone calls to leads inquiring about dental implants
- Communicate via phone, text and email with leads who want dental implants
- Qualify leads, understand the types of dental implant consultations clients would like to set
- Using the Doctor’s schedule, set appointments as soon as possible for a free consultation with the doctor
- Keep track of patients, take good notes, and follow processes in our software
- Help team members and those you interact with be successful, treat them with respect, and help make an inclusive environment where they enjoy working
- Act as a leader within the company
- Report to the Setter Center Manager
Requirements:
- SPANISH SPEAKER
- Be a people person, energetic, outgoing, and friendly
- Account management experience
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Be highly organized with the ability to quickly process information and make decisions
- Experience with Google Suite (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Work well in a team and alone (get the job done with little supervision)
- Comfortable using a variety of software applications
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player that excels in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Customer service knowledge
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
