Executive Assistant to CEO (Naples-based office location/not a remote position). Fulltime M-F and on call as needed.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing the CEO's Schedule
Handling Critical Communications
Outstanding organizational skills
Strategic thinker and ability to manage projects
Keeping Records of Documents, Reports, and Board materials using several online web based platforms.
Manage Confidential Information
Provide administrative support the entire leadership team
Ability to think and anticipate the needs of the CEOs schedule.
Confident in your ability to support a large team of highly effective and busy executives.
Experience with managing calendars and arranging in-person and virtual meetings.

This role is based in Naples, FL.  The role is not a remote position.  As an exempt employee, you will be considered on-call as needed, including weekends.

You will be a direct reflection of the CEO, and a professional demeanor is required at all times.

Must have at leave 7 years or more of high level/CEO support at a public or large private company.
