The Digital Art Director will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute on all graphic design needs, for collateral, social media, product presentations, etc., with a special focus on establishing and owning branding design and guidelines for Catalyst OrthoScience as a whole. This also includes support for graphic design needs for R&D, Medical Education, and Leadership departments as well. This is a remote position with limited travel required. This is a remote position, with travel <10% as needed and at the request of the Manager. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create engaging designs and art for a wide range of assets including but not limited to: print ads, web banners, logos, icons, infographics, presentations, packaging, promotional materials, marketing collateral, brochures, and event booths 

  • Develop, own, and manage Company branding and design standards across all assets for all departments, establish best practices for all departments and products, and support evolution of branding that aligns with strategic vision of the Company 

  • Create compelling presentations in PowerPoint and work with stakeholders to ensure key messaging and data is presented effectively and clearly for internal and external usage 

  • Support company website design and maintenance as needed in collaboration with external agency partners 

  • Own booth designs for key industry tradeshows/internal conferences and social media content production in line with brand guidelines and key messaging from marketing as needed 

  • Partner with external agency and freelance partners as needed, providing creative direction and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines 

  • Manage printing needs, file setup, vendor relationships as required 

  • Assist in maintenance of all media files and assets on internal and external websites 

  • Travel as a remote employee is required as needed and at request of the Manager. Estimated <10% travel for this position.
