Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all transactional implant and instrument purchasing, procurement and supplier relations. The Supply Chain Manager shall approach his/her job with a “service before self” orientation, intentionally seeking collaboration and placing positive and constructive teamwork above individual contribution.
Position Responsibilities:
· For all production implant and instrument SKUs, manage all supplier relations, price and terms negotiations, inventory levels, purchase orders and supplier performance systems.
· Manage all information and execution of the “O” in our Sales & Operating Plan management process.
· Maintain a 12-month forward looking demand forecast considering both historical demand trends and future sales growth plans.
· Maintain optimal HQ and Supply Chain pipeline inventory levels for all active SKUs.
· Manage supply timelines for all new product introductions.
· Follow all applicable policies and procedures in our Quality Management System.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 7-10 years previous purchasing and/or planning experience preferred
· Experience in the medical device industry preferred
· Excellent data analysis skills
· Previous experience in a startup-oriented culture preferred
· Effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
· Effective and constructive team member interaction and problem-solving skills
· Willing to travel as required
· Willing to work remotely with periodic visits to Naples HQ.
