Senior Account Manager

 

Summary

Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team and meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Developing business and generating leads
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospect
  • Developing sales strategies based on customer’s business strategy, market research and competitor analyses
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Work with Cross-functional teams within both Customer and Internal teams


Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience and 5 years of project management experience.
  • BA/BS is required. MBA desired
  • Must have experience handling tier-one customers in a consumer electronics high-tech environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Manage RFQ and Cost break down analysis experience
  • Motivation for sales and strong organizational skills with ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
  • Manufacturing operations experience is a plus
  • 20% travel when it is lifted
