Senior Account Manager
Summary
Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team and meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Developing business and generating leads
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospect
- Developing sales strategies based on customer’s business strategy, market research and competitor analyses
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Work with Cross-functional teams within both Customer and Internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience and 5 years of project management experience.
- BA/BS is required. MBA desired
- Must have experience handling tier-one customers in a consumer electronics high-tech environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Manage RFQ and Cost break down analysis experience
- Motivation for sales and strong organizational skills with ability to lead multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
- Manufacturing operations experience is a plus
- 20% travel when it is lifted
