Mission for Data Analyst / Paid Media Manager

To serve as a leader in data analysis and optimization to consistently improve campaign performance for clients that results in retaining 90% of clients and driving 20% growth in year over year media spend while consistently completing tasks on time.

 

Outcomes                                                                                                                                          

1.       Meet or exceed client KPIs on all campaigns resulting in 90% renewal rate of clients

o   Advise clients on appropriate KPIs and clearly define metrics with client prior to campaign launch

o   Analyze data, optimize campaigns, track changes and generate insights to improve performance

§  Utilize optimization framework in Client Services Playbook

o   Implement internal reporting mechanism on all KPIs

2.       Increase year over year media spend for clients by 20%

o   Work with team members to prepare and present KPIs/metrics that clearly communicate value

o   Review campaigns and present ideas to team members to grow client media spend investments

o   Communicate complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner for client education

3.       Optimize processes

·  Further develop and implement campaign optimization framework, working with existing vendors each quarter to explore/leverage new ideas, media channels, technologies, etc.

·       Interview three (3) new vendors per quarter to expand offerings and increase efficiencies

4.       Task completion rate of 90%

·         Every task should have a realistic date assigned in project management platform

·         Tasks should only be moved when absolutely necessary and no more than 10% of the time

·         Tasks that are moved will be communicated to team members who are affected by the task move

 

Required Skills:

3+ years managing paid search, display, YouTube, Gmail and/or Shopping campaigns in Google Ads

3+ years of business/data analysis

2+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, various formulas and Macros to support the Data Analyst department’s efforts to improve data mining

 

Preferred Skills:

2+ years of developing programmatic advertising strategies and executing/optimizing programmatic campaigns in DSP/RTB platforms (The Trade Desk preferred

2+ years managing campaigns in Facebook/Instagram

1+ years managing campaigns in LinkedIn

Experience managing projects in project management software
