Mission for Marketing Manager
To own and execute all marketing and communication programs that results in two (2) new clients per quarter, one (1) in-person event or speaking opportunity per quarter, and 50% increase in all traffic metrics year over year.
Outcomes
1. Obtain two (2) new clients per quarter
o Manage lead generation campaigns through marketing automation software
o Create one, one-sheet document per quarter
o Create one case study per quarter
2. Increase all traffic metrics year over year by 50%
o Create content calendar to consistently post/share content within 3 months of hire
o Write two (2) blog posts per month
o Publish one (1) press release per quarter
o Activate and engage audience through a newsletter within 6 months of hire
o Update website to optimize with SEO within 6 months of hire
3. Develop and manage one (1) in-person event or speaking opportunity per quarter
o Regularly review networking events for possible speaking opportunities
o Obtain one (1) podcast interview per quarter
o Create an event management process and oversee event execution
o Create agency-wide networking calendar within 3 months of hire
Required Skills:
· 3+ years of experience in a combination of Content Publishing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Reporting/Analytics
· Experience writing briefs, press releases, proposals, and website copy
· Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation software with ability to build compelling and impactful presentations and materials
Preferred Skills:
· Advertising agency experience
· Experience managing projects in project management software
· B2B marketing and advertising experience
