Position Summary:
Wellbox is a growing healthcare company that provides innovative chronic, preventative, and virtual care management solutions. These comprehensive solutions help assess and improve the health outcomes of our patients.
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to join a fast-growing (#201 on 2020 Inc 5000) healthcare services company. Working with the VP of Sales, the ideal candidate can be self-motivated and is able to work from home. You will be calling on Ambulatory Medical Practices, Hospitals, ACOs, etc.
Essential Functions:
· Lead Generation & Management of leads through close
· Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
· Contact potential clients through cold calling and cold emails
· Present our company’s solutions to potential clients
· Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
· Be Organized - CRM Management Imperative
· Report to the VP of Sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales metrics and sale results
· Stay up to date with new products/services and new price structure
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field of study
· 3 years of sales experience, preferably selling to Physicians and/or Hospitals
· A successful track record working as a Sales Account Exec or similar role
· Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
· Experience with CRM software
· Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
Compensation:
· Base salary of $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience plus bonus
· OTE of $91,000-$96,000
