As the Team Lead for Digital Content Design at GOJA, you’ll help shape and execute the creative vision for one of Amazon’s largest sellers, influencing dozens of brands across Amazon, D2C, and social media. This role offers the opportunity to pioneer the convergence of Amazon, D2C, and affiliate marketing, helping to craft and influence brands like UpNature essential oils, MagicFiber microfiber kits, Luna Bean hand-casting kits, and AlphaGrillers cooking accessories.
In this role, you’ll influence every aspect of our brands, from assets and campaigns to packaging and websites. Ecommerce experience with Amazon and/or D2C is key to your success. If you are strategic, creative, and eager to dive into diverse projects, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that elevate our brands across Amazon, D2C, and social media, including brand guidelines, logos, and packaging.
- Content Creation Across Platforms: Lead the creation of digital assets, including Amazon listings, product videos, social media posts, packaging, and D2C websites. Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
- Affiliate Marketing Strategy: Develop creative solutions that bridge social media (TikTok, Meta, etc.) and marketplaces, driving engagement and sales.
- Creative Campaign Execution: Execute social media campaigns designed to engage affiliates, drive brand recognition, and boost sales, with UGC as a central element.
- Hands-On Leadership: Take initiative to create opportunities, dive into research, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful results. Lead by example, balancing hands-on creation with strategic oversight.
- Project Management: Manage content projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets aligned with brand strategy.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use performance metrics like conversion rates, CTR, and engagement rates to refine and optimize content strategies.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends and embrace new tools and techniques on Amazon, social media, D2C, and AI to drive success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing success in Amazon, D2C, and/or social media content. Prior leadership experience is appreciated.
- Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI design tools. Strong skills in content creation, including product photography and video production.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to critically evaluate content strategies and their impact on business objectives. Proven experience in driving performance through well-executed content strategies.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Action Bias: Eager to try new things, learn, and experiment with creative solutions, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead projects to completion—on time and on budget—while collaborating effectively with team members.
