The Role

Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role by providing strategic financial insights and analysis. This role will analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive growth. The expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling will help inform decision-making and support GOJA overall financial goals and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial data, identify key trends, and provide insights to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and drive profitability.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Evaluate performance against budgeted targets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

3. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess GOJA’s financial health and operational efficiency. Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for BOD, senior management, highlighting GOJA’s financial performance, risks and opportunities.

4. Cost Analysis and Optimization: Conduct in-depth cost analysis across various brands and SKUs and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. Provide recommendations to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and maximize profitability.

5. Investment Analysis and Decision Support: Evaluate potential investments and new business opportunities. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, perform risk assessments, and present recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision making.

6. Financial Strategy and Risk Management: Contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with GOJA’s overall goals. Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact GOJA’s financial position an propose proactive measures.

Education & Knowledge

• MBA in Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in a similar industry or ecommerce sector.

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling is highly valued.

• Work experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Strong experience budgeting and forecasting.

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, ratio, trend analysis and financial statements analysis. • Advanced excel management (Pivot Tables).

• English high proficiency.
