The Role
The Data Visualization Developer's primary role is to help in the conceptualization, development, training, support, and documentation of dashboards and other tools dedicated to exploiting data to assist the Company in the decision-making process.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Create Power BI high-quality dashboards to measure KPI efficiently.
• Drive the collection of user requirements and create functional specifications.
• Create and modify existing reporting data assets.
• Optimize the assigned resources to the virtual servers.
• Interact with business users and business analysts to discuss requirements.
• Develop formulas in DAX language to make reports.
• Understand the ETL process involved in creating data sets.

Education & Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge in Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge in making DAX queries in Power Bi Desktop.
• 3+ years of experience in data visualization, manipulation, and integrating graphs and charts.
• 3+ years of experience working with data warehouses and relational databases.
• Knowledge in Finance and Digital Marketing metrics would be desired.
• Knowledge of Python language.

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to understand the big picture and how it translates into the day-to-day of the Company.
• Comfortable with juggling facts, figures, and number crunching.
• Communicate effectively across levels, including the ability to simplify complex topics for broader audiences.
• Ability to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent maths skills.
