The role
The primary role of the BPM is to ensure that Company's standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each project development and execution, through the creation of key processes and KPIs that will generate the desired business outcome in alignment with GOJA's strategic goals. The role is responsible for the Company's business processes, from design to implementation, monitoring, and adjustments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to capture and understand ever-changing business needs and develop processes that support revenue growth and bottom-line efforts.
- Create reports that will help identify trends, issues, and opportunities and propose changes/solutions based on business needs.
- Maintain constant and open communication with various stakeholders in the Company to promptly identify any critical area of improvement.
- Reduce process errors, improve results, and save costs.
- Develop and design documents, including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, etc.
- Manage the PMO, Proactively participate in and identify opportunities for efficiency/synergies, automation, standardization, and process simplification.
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience working in environments with diverse business processes in a wide range of industries.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods and their application to the business.
- Good understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem from digital media to creative development and data management platforms.
- Deep understanding of quality control concepts to develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Visio, software programs, and online tools.

- Capable of working effectively both independently and in teams.
- Confidence in speaking and presenting to C-Level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal English/Spanish communication skills. This is a MUST.
