You are:
An Information Security Analyst III enthusiastic about working independently and guiding junior staff while collaborating with the CISO to build and maintain security programs.
Your job may engage your skills and knowledge to:
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure configurations
- Develop security training materials for internal teams
- Lead risk assessments for new applications and services
Examples of work you may perform:
- Perform security audits and generate compliance reports
- Conduct incident response tabletop exercises
- Manage identity and access systems including MFA and SSO
- Support business continuity planning by maintaining recovery documentation
- Assist in vulnerability scans and document remediation steps
- Monitor and respond to phishing attempts using email filtering tools
- Analyze/respond to security incidents and risks
- Provide technical guidance and oversight
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity
Specific Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or higher in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, programming, or engineering AND two years of information security experience OR Four years of information security experience OR One year as an Information Security Analyst II
CERTIFICATIONS
DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level 3, IASAE Level 2, or CSSP (preferred)
