Capture and Proposal Specialist - HYBRID (Primarily Remote)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Research upcoming contracts on SAM.gov, eVA, etc.

Build agency & contact lists for BD targeting

Identify active and upcoming solicitations

Use our AI proposal writer tool to draft and format simple proposals
-
Assist with pre-RFP research and light capture planning
-
Keep everything organized in Google Sheets/Docs or Notion
You Should Be Good At:
-
English writing & editing (good grammar is non-negotiable)
-
Using ChatGPT or similar tools to generate/edit text
-
Researching online like a bloodhound
-
Taking initiative and staying organized without hand-holding
-
Bonus if you know how to navigate SAM.gov or other bid platforms
Compensation Options:
- $65k - 75k with benefits, retirement, etc.

$35/hr to $40/hr 1099 Part-time (with ability to scale to full-time)
Bonus Points If You:

Have GovCon, proposal writing, or capture experience
-
Are familiar with BD tools like GovWin, BidSync, etc.
-
Have worked with U.S.-based federal contractors before
