Position Summary
|
The Associate Manager, Sales Operations position is responsible for being the first point of contact for all sales agents related to sales support related items. The positon will handle all agent onboarding and training of MyOps. This positon will lead the customer service team providing all functions related to sales support.

Job Specifications
A. Knowledge
|
1. Minimum Educational Requirements
|
Bachelor's degree; AA with one to two years related experience; or 7-10 years equivalent work experience. High school diploma, or general education degree (GED)
|
|
2. Minimum Experience Requirements
|
3 – 5 years of management experience leading a diverse team.
|
|
3. Minimum Skill Requirements
|
-Solid written and oral communication.
-Attention to detail & demonstrated hands on work ethic. -Proactive approach to resolving customer concerns |

4. Equipment or Machines Used
|
PC/Microsoft Office software suite, Mac/iOS, and general office equipment.
|
B. Reporting/Other
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, at Medacta USA. Employee will work from Medacta USA’s office in Chicago. Travel is occasional for industry conferences, training courses, and company meetings. Domestic and International travel may be required.
C. Extent of Confidential Information
Highly confidential information regarding product development and marketing efforts.
D. Interpersonal Contacts
External: Contracted sales agents
Internal: Direct sales personnel, Marketing, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Professional Education, Human Resources, and Medacta International Personnel.
E. Principal Duties

Lead and manage customer service team. Establish benchmarks for performance.

New hire onboarding and MyOps training.

Build strong relationships and interact effectively with sales agents and hospitals with a sense of urgency and care.

Ensure all pricing is accurate in the system.

Follow documented procedures for all activities related to the Medacta USA’s Quality System. Additionally, create new documented processes to drive predictability.

Interface and collaborate routinely with Logistics and Customer Service personnel at Medacta International in Switzerland.

Proactively review business processes to identify gaps to prevent service disruptions to our customers.

Work directly with senior management to rectify any identified issues and report as required.

Ensure Medacta International policies are met at all times.

Charge back agents for expedited shipping of restock.

Train Customer Service team to become account managers.
F. Occasional Duties
Reporting and updates to management, Domestic and International Company Meetings, and other duties may be assigned at Medacta USA’s discretion.
