The Program Manager, Surgeon & Patient Digital Outreach is responsible for our Patient Optimized Pathway (POP) platform development, implementation and execution, and assists in managing MyPractice Development Plan Activities. POP represents Medacta’s solution to address the complex and challenging medical and economic scenarios that both surgeons and healthcare systems face today and in the future. The successful candidate will lead efforts in three key areas; 1) establish POP as a powerful marketing tool for evidence-based medical practice improvement, 2) position POP to streamline and enhance internal workflow and organization, obtaining improvements in standard hospitalization: offering a better care experience to patients with a potential reduction in their length of stay, & 3) position POP as the ultimate expression with outpatient care. This position collaborates closely with Surgeons, Physician office staff, Medacta Area Directors, Regional Sales Managers and Agent Principals, Sales Representatives, and Product Management. In this role, you should be creative, excel at project management, and have great communication skills. Problem solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail are essential.
Job Specifications
A. Knowledge: 1 Minimum Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree; with an emphasis on business administration, marketing, or advertising
2 Minimum Experience Requirements 1-3 years clinical, marketing or advertising experience. Medical device experience preferred but not required.
3 Minimum Skill Requirements * Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills * Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines * Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports * Must have a high level of creativity * Occasional travel will be required

B. Reporting/Other: This position reports to the Director, Marketing Communications & Branding. Employee will work from Medacta USA’s Corporate Office in Franklin, TN with consideration for remote. Travel may include industry conferences, training courses, and company meetings.
C. Extent of Confidential Information: Highly confidential information regarding product development and marketing efforts.
D. Interpersonal Contacts External: Contracted sales agents Internal: Surgeons, Physician staff, Direct sales personnel, Marketing, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Professional Education, Human Resources, and Medacta International Personnel.
E. Principal Duties: * Support global Patient Optimized Pathway (POP) strategy by ensuring US platform is delivered on time, on scope, and on budget. * Manage the implementation and utilization of Medacta USA’s POP Application, including the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans and documentation. * Facilitate relationships with external vendors to manage the creation production assets to be utilized on the POP application platform. * Manage relationships with surgeon consultants during development stage process by serving as the face of POP and operating with a high degree of professionalism. * Proactively work with Swiss counterparts to improve and develop POP Application. * Facilitate and implement MyPractice Development Plan resources that are associated with POP platform and associated activities. * Manage the POP platform by updating content, coordinating training for necessary personnel, and working with Swiss IT department to resolve technical issues. * Manage all patient inquiries related to comments, questions, and concerns about POP. * Conduct market research to benchmark areas of opportunity for POP as compared to similar applications throughout the industry. * Serve as educational resource for various employees at surgeon practices to ensure successful implementation of POP. * Work closely with Marketing Communications team to monitor and update social media platforms as appropriate to enhance POP platform. * Interface and collaborate routinely with Compliance, Logistics, and Customer Service personnel at Medacta USA. * Work directly with senior management to rectify any identified issues and report as required. * Ensure Medacta International policies are met at all times.
F. Occasional Duties: Reporting and updates to management, Domestic and International Company Meetings, and other duties may be assigned at Medacta USA’s discretion.
