Position Summary:     Responsible for providing supplemental support for the Corporate Account and Compliance teams with respect to a viarity of data management task, including but not limited to entering and maintaining information related to agreements with outside entities such as purchasing partners and healthcare consultants, assisting with RFP responses, new account setups and pricing changes.

Knowledge:

Minimum Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years overall business related experience with 2 years minimum document management experience. Paralegal or other similar contract/document management role is a plus

Minimum Skill Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing with the ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and Word. General proficiency with computer technology and proven ability to learn new skills. A demonstrated exceptionally high level of attention to detail is required. Ability to maintain tact, poise, and discretion in handling confidential matters. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to convey complex information in understandable terms to individuals at all educational levels. Analyze and solve problems. Excellent time management skills.

B.       Principal Duties

 

·         Responsible for inputting and maintenance of key company data for assigned projects.

·         Work as part of a team ensuring timely delivery of project data as directed by the Corporate Accounts and Compliance team leadership;

·         Manage time effectively and work diligently to meet project timelines as directed

·         Communicate effectively with the team to set or re-set delivery expectations on assigned projects
