Where you fit in:

 

As the Operations Associate, you will join the Operations team at Parsyl, which is responsible for enabling a positive employee experience. In this role, you will support all Parsyl employees with the technology, tools, and systems they need, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to people operations and build a dynamic and engaging team culture. 

 

This role will be critical to ensuring that employees at Parsyl have the devices they need to be effective, and to lead the best practices, roll out, and adoption of new technologies. The Operations Associate will also be a key contributor to the people operations support of our recruitment and hiring strategies, and work closely across various teams to develop our approach to people support and engagement. This role will work closely across our Operations team, including with our Manager of Culture and Operations, the Manager of Talent Acquisition, and report directly to the Director of Operations. 

 

What you’ll get to work on:

 

Leadership of Parsyl’s employee technology processes and support, including:

  • Troubleshooting employee technology needs, including, but not limited to laptop setup, repair, and trade-ins. 

  • Set up new employees with all necessary technology and systems during the onboarding process. Support with technology and systems during employee offboarding. 

  • Strengthen IT related policies and processes across the organization.

  • Exploring best practices and trends in employee technology usage and training staff on how to best leverage technology resources.

  • Contributing to a vision for the use of technology to enhance hybrid and remote work environments. 

  • Creating systems to track inventory of laptops, monitors, and other accessories.

  • Establishing all necessary employee accounts for Parsyl, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Lattice, etc. 

  • Managing office technology needs, including: internet, conference room TVs, chromecasts, JamBoards, printers, etc.

  • Leading and maintaining the technology set-up for any office location moves and transitions.

 

Support additional special projects for the Operations team, such as:

  • Supporting a positive interview experience for all candidates.

  • Assisting with international hiring and onboarding. 

  • Collecting and sharing data and insights on employee experience and engagement.

  • Supporting Parsyl’s overall rhythm of business work, including OKR monitoring and meeting management.

  • Collaborating with our Manager of Talent Acquisition and Marketing and Communications team for recruiting efforts, such as Denver Startup Week.

  • Hosting office tours, coffee breaks, or meet-up groups to build awareness of Parsyl as an employer of choice.

  • Sourcing additional opportunities such as career fairs to recruit talent. 

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, systems development, and/or IT Management.

  • Interest and experience in troubleshooting office IT needs.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to switch between multiple projects and tasks.

  • Ability to create and improve processes.

  • Willingness to learn and problem solve across a variety of areas.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong technical problem solving and communication skills.

  • Parsyl requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, unless they qualify for a religious or medical accommodation.


It’s a plus if you also have…

  • Experience in a fast-paced technology start-up

  • Experience in device management

  • AppleCare certification or other similar device management certifications

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications and skills.
