As Parsyl’s Global Health Program Manager you will:
work within our Global Health business to deliver a positive customer experience and ensure that customer support is organized and efficient.
work cross functionally across global health, engineering, and operations to develop programs that support our strategic plan
help Parsyl meet the unique needs of each customer, both in set-up and onboarding, as well as directly addressing customer questions and requests.
Strong candidates for this position are excellent communicators both verbally and in writing, strategic planners, extremely meticulous, process-oriented, and inquisitive. You will need to master our device configuration processes and will be required to develop a sophisticated understanding of the functionality of Parsyl’s mobile app and web platform as well as the Global Health deployment processes.
This role is instrumental in delivering a flawless experience to Parsyl’s customers in Global Health. We can trust you to sweat the details and help ensure customers’ expectations are being met with every order that’s shipped, and every question that is asked.
This position will require international travel and reports to the General Manager, Global Health.
What You’ll Get to Work On
Manage and develop prioritized Global Health related programs to drive company strategic work forwards
Support field deployment for Global Health customers, ensuring the deployment team has appropriate implementation materials and that deployments are otherwise set up for success
Support fulfillment operations for Global Health customers by working with the Operations team to ensure that appropriately configured devices get to Global Health customers in a timely manner
Provide administrative support to the Global Health team, including maintaining customer inventory lists
Provide first line customer support for Global Health customers by addressing customer issues and requests or channelling them to the right team for resolution as well as maintaining customer support materials
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree preferred, and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Fluency in French (writing and reading)
Experience with program management
Experience with delivering exceptional customer service
Experience demonstrating strict attention to clerical details, transaction procedures, and/or record keeping requirements, such as accounting, inventory or warehouse management
Must be very familiar with both web and mobile (Android & iOS) application functionality; consider yourself a “power user”
Excellent communication and organizational skills, paying attention to details
Ability to learn and use technical platforms as tools on a daily basis
Experience successfully managing and maintaining large datasets in Excel
Demonstrated experience working successfully across different teams
Ability and willingness to travel under short notice
Bonus if you have experience in:
Low- and middle-income countries, specifically in Africa
International shipping paperwork (customs declarations, commercial invoicing)
“IoT” hardware / connected devices
