About Parsyl:

Parsyl is an early-stage, venture-backed technology platform that was founded with the mission to improve health and save money by providing a better way to ensure the integrity of sensitive goods as they are shipped around the globe. We do this by combining proprietary sensing devices with powerful predictive data analytics to offer an unprecedented view of quality assurance and risk dynamics.

If you get excited thinking about joining a company whose technology will help answer questions like: “Should I give this vaccine to a child?” and “Is this seafood safe to eat?”- we’re looking for you.

Where you fit in:

Parsyl’s customer base continues to grow and our Trek sensing devices are being used in increasingly complex, large-scale applications around the world.

As Parsyl’s Operations Specialist, you will work with our sales and operations teams to ensure that our fulfillment process is organized and efficient, so that we can meet the unique needs of each customer.

Strong candidates for this position are extremely meticulous, process-oriented and inquisitive. You will need to master our existing device configuration processes, yet be prepared to work cross-functionally to evolve and improve processes as Parsyl grows and products are refined. You’ll also be required to develop a sophisticated understanding of the functionality of Parsyl’s mobile app and web platform, and be ready to support our engineering team with guided research and testing projects.

This role is instrumental in delivering a flawless experience to Parsyl’s customers. We can trust you to sweat the details and help ensure customers’ expectations are being met with every order that’s shipped. The position is focused on execution, but there will be opportunities to influence and improve our fulfillment, testing, and reverse logistics processes at Parsyl.
