Customer Success Representative (hybrid)
Xyleme is seeking an Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will work through our three-level certification process to become a platform expert while working with our customers to proactively support their Xyleme journey. The successful candidate will combine organizational, analytical, relationship building and technical skills to deliver services and support to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain relationships with customers
- Develop product, company, and industry expertise
- Deliver support via email, phone, video conference, and through documentation of solutions using case management software
- Provide troubleshooting, coordination, issue resolution and follow-up related to cases submitted by our customers
- Participate in customer training sessions
- Review, update and maintain customer account records
- Maintain open lines of communication with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to ensure the customer voice is heard throughout the organization
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Compensation
- Salary: $40,500
With successful completion of each certification, you will be given a salary increase up to a total of $10,000.
