Providing customers with output templates that support their brand, user experience, and content vision is vital to long-term success.   As Graphic Designer at Xyleme, you will be involved with setting up templates for new customers and refreshing templates for established customers.    

Template design is about creating an experience that aligns with the learners need – novice learning something new in a course, expert skimming content for information, or looking up information on-the-job – all these experiences are slightly different.   Designing for output templates requires you to identify and style content components to work across a wide range of applications.  This type of problem-solving can be challenging and rewarding. 


You will support the Professional Services team in the design of print and web outputs. 

      • Plans concept by studying customer website, sample materials, and discovery interview with customers. 
      • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. 
      • Shares concepts with customers and gather feedback for final design. 
      • Prepares finished requirements for customer approval 
      • Prepares technical specification for the development team 
      • Answers design questions from the development team and QA output before sharing it with customers 


    About You / Skills & Requirements: 

        • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design 
        • Experience collaborating with customers and developers on design requirements

        • Deadline-oriented with strong project and time-management skills 
        • Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software

    Base Compensation for the role is in the range of $60,000-$65,000 DOE.
