• Design & Create wireframes for application developers to increase overall user experience satisfaction

• Identify User Frustration/Pain Points and create a roadmap to resolve them

• Modernize outdated/legacy websites to increase SEO/drive traffic

• Identify online marketing opportunities to promote brand awareness

• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible with various browsers

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• College education focusing on UI/UX Design

• 10 years of relevant work experience in UI/UX Design

• 5 years of experience with HTML/JS/React

• 3 years of development in Windows & Linux Environment

• Understanding of SEO/SERP/Google Analytics/Google Ads

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• This position is permanently remote

• Work involves sedentary to light work in a home office setting. There is a frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, sit, lift light objects (up to 10 pounds), and perform other similar actions during the workday

• Frequent speaking, listening, using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, and extended periods working at a computer

• High-speed internet connection with full video conferencing capacity and bandwidth for VPN access
