North Coast Medical is looking for a Regional Sales Specialist (Medical Division) in the following territories. We are only considering applicants that are located in or close to the specific territory they apply to.

Position Summary Overview: Responsible for solicitation of customers. Activities include telephone prospecting, qualifying and proactive solicitation including the use of video conferencing and approved outside sales activities. Responsible for activity planning and CRM documentation.

 

Hours: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 plus Commission
 

Essential Functions and Position Responsibilities:

 

-Manage, schedule and coordinate sales activities

-Assure proper activity documentation in CRM database

-Identify and conduct customer related activities, goals and objectives

-Participate in regular communications with management and Regional Sales Specialists/Directors

-Effectively communicate opinions and ideas

-Meet or exceed established productivity and/or commission quotas

 

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

5 years or more:

-Relevant healthcare industry experience

-Previous inside sales experience

-Previous outside sales experience

-Budget preparation and analysis

-Familiarity with CRM Systems

 

Knowledge of the Rehabilitation Market:

-Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Hand Therapy

-Private Practice

-Hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks

-Federal Government: Primary, VA and DOD

-Group Purchasing Organization

-Distribution: Resellers, both local, regional and national

 

Other necessary experience and competencies:

-ERP and CRM systems and procedures

-Fundamental of sales principles and processes

-Budget preparation and analysis

-Principles of supervision, training and performance evaluations

 

Ability to:

-Coordinate activities with management and other departments

-Conduct research utilizing statistical methods and tools

-Prepare and organize strategic activities to support successful sales outcomes

-Effectively use interpersonal skills to communicate with executives, management, colleagues, customers, vendors and members of the general public when representing the company and its business matters

 

Additional Requirement:

-Valid U.S. Driver's License

 

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

-This position is permanently remote

-The work involves a combination of sedentary to light work in a home office setting, as well as activities supporting outside sales activities including but not limited to travel and overnight accommodation

-Home office activities will require the frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, sit, lift light objects (up to 10 pounds) and perform other similar actions during course of the workday

-Other required activities include but not limited to frequent speaking, listening using a headset, using both chat and video conferencing. Additionally, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse for extended periods of time working at a computer

-High speed internet connection with full video conferencing capacity and bandwidth for VPN access
