Responsibilities:
Internal CRM Management:

Support the management of our internal CRM system used for project management by ensuring data accuracy, user support, and system optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and customize the CRM system to enhance internal processes.

Provide training sessions to internal staff on CRM best practices and new features.
Recruitment:

Lead the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.

Work closely with department heads to comprehend staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure the selection of high-quality talent.

Conduct technical interviews for developer roles, requiring a Computer Science degree.

Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and reference checks.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics.
Onboarding:

Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.

Develop and enhance onboarding programs to align with company culture and values.

Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.

Familiarity with CRM systems, with hands-on experience preferred.
