We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Recruiter and CRM Specialist. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial role in both managing our internal CRM system for project management and leading the recruitment efforts to bring in top-tier talent. Responsibilities: 

 Internal CRM Management: 

  • Support the management of our internal CRM system used for project management by ensuring data accuracy, user support, and system optimization. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and customize the CRM system to enhance internal processes. 

  • Provide training sessions to internal staff on CRM best practices and new features. 

Recruitment: 

  • Lead the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. 

  • Work closely with department heads to comprehend staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. 

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure the selection of high-quality talent. 

  • Conduct technical interviews for developer roles, requiring a Computer Science degree. 

  • Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and reference checks. 

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics. 

Onboarding: 

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and informed. 

  • Develop and enhance onboarding programs to align with company culture and values. 

  • Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new employees. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role. 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with hands-on experience preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to conduct technical interviews, particularly for developer positions (CS degree required). 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
