Hiring and Office Manager 

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized professional to take on the role of Hiring and Office Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our company's success by managing the end-to-end recruitment process and overseeing the smooth operation of our office. This is an on-site role located in Golden, CO  

Responsibilities: 

Recruitment: 

  • Lead the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. 

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. 

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure the selection of high-quality talent.  

  • Conduct technical interviews for developer roles. (Requires a CS degree) 

  • Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and reference checks. 

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics. 

Onboarding: 

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and informed. 

  • Develop and enhance onboarding programs to align with company culture and values. 

  • Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new employees. 

Office Management: 

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment. 

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. 

  • Address employee queries and concerns related to office facilities and services. 

  • Implement and improve onsite office policies and procedures for efficiency. 

  • Assist in general administrative tasks assigned by Manager 

  1. Employee Engagement: 

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events. 

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and collaboration. 

  • Support employee development and retention efforts. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in recruitment and office management roles. 

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation. 

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficient in using HR software and tools. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred, however Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will also be considered.
