The Director of Permanency Support Services is primarily responsible for leading the development and implementation of Arms Wide’s Permanency Support Services (Post Adoption and Post Permanency). This person will oversee the supervisors of Permanency Support Services, providing leadership in program development, and managing contractual relationships. The person is also responsible for leading new programmatic initiatives and working collaboratively with the President and CEO to promote the needs of adoptive/guardianship families and children to various stakeholders.

Experience/Skills Required
- Program development and implementation
- Budget management
- Community collaboration
- Relationship building with TDFPS staff
- Team leadership
- Cultural competence
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication
- Regulatory knowledge (foster care adoption/guardianship)
- Master's in Social Work/Behavioral Science + 5 years child placement management experience, or Bachelor's in Social Work/Behavioral Science + 7 years child placement management experience
- Valid Child-Placing Agency Administrator License (or eligible to obtain within 6 months)
Experience/Skills Preferred
- Trauma Informed Care competency
- Continuous Quality Improvement experience
- Ability to use data for program evaluation and improvement
Travel Required
- Access to reliable transportation is required. Mileage reimbursed.
