The Kinship Home Developer/ Navigator provides hands-on, person-centered support to prospective foster kinship families through all phases of the verification process. This role also engages with internal, state, local, and community committees to remain abreast of issues and statistics affecting kinship foster caregiver applicants and programming.

Experience/Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or another related field
  • Outreach & Networking Skills

Experience/Skills Preferred

  • Experience in a child placement setting
  • NTDC trainer certification/experience
  • Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner certification
  • Self-Starter, Highly Organized, Problem Solving, &Critical Thinking

Travel Required

  • Reliable transportation required. Mileage reimbursed.
  • Expected to travel up to 50%
