Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Corporate Engagement & Events Coordinator to support AOT’s national fundraising and engagement strategy through the coordination of corporate partnerships, national and regional events, and donor engagement activities. This role is responsible for managing the logistics, project coordination, and relationship support related to Future Innovators Nights (FIN) across AOT’s four regions, AOT’s National Innovators & Disruptors Awards (IDA), and ongoing corporate engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Future Innovators Nights Coordination

Coordinate the planning and execution of Future Innovators Nights across AOT’s four regions.

Develop and manage project timelines, planning trackers, run-of-show documents, invitations, and logistical deliverables for each regional event.

Coordinate speakers, sponsors, attendees, student showcases, and engagement activities.

Track invitations, RSVPs, attendee lists, and follow-up actions related to each event.

Support donor, sponsor, and partner cultivation opportunities connected to events.

Coordinate post-event stewardship activities, reporting, and data tracking.
Innovators & Disruptors Awards Coordination

Support planning and execution of AOT’s Innovators & Disruptors Awards.

Manage project timelines, sponsorship trackers, outreach materials, event logistics, and planning documents.

Coordinate communication and logistics related to sponsors, honorees, partners, speakers, vendors, and attendees.

Support sponsorship fulfillment, guest management, and event operations leading up to and during IDA.

Assist with post-event stewardship, reporting, and follow-up activities.
Corporate Engagement & Partnership Support

Support the coordination and tracking of corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and engagement opportunities.

Assist with corporate outreach, stewardship, sponsorship activation, and relationship management activities.

Coordinate volunteer engagement, guest speaker opportunities, Career Days, and other partner engagement experiences in collaboration with Programs and Development.

Maintain trackers and materials related to corporate sponsorship, engagement activities, and partnership deliverables.

Support in advancing year-round corporate engagement strategies aligned with fundraising goals.
Systems, Tracking & Cross-Team Coordination

Maintain accurate tracking of event, sponsorship, and corporate engagement activities within Salesforce.

Build and maintain planning trackers, project plans, and engagement reports to support visibility and decision-making.

Coordinate across Development, regional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure strong communication and execution.

Support the collection and organization of event metrics, sponsorship data, and engagement outcomes.

Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across events and corporate engagement activities.
Qualifications:
-
2–4 years of experience in events, fundraising, corporate partnerships, project management, or nonprofit development.

Experience coordinating events, partnerships, sponsorships, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar donor management systems.

You are proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets and Google Classroom)

Collaborative team player who communicates clearly across departments.

Hybrid Work Environment & Schedule:

Staff work remote from home and from their local office on Tuesdays, with additional in-person days depending on your role.
