The Operations Manager organizes and operates Raphah Institute's administrative functions:

Outcomes - What Must Get Done

  1. Coordinate with accounting firm to produce, distribute, and submit corporate and financial reports with 90% accuracy.
  2. Coordinate with CEO and Board Chair to produce, assemble, and distribute quarterly board meeting packets.
  3. Coordinate with CEO to clarify and document all programmatic, administrative, and fund development/marketing procedures within year 1.
  4. Convert programmatic, administrative, and fund development/marketing procedures onto the organizational training platform.
  5. Ensure the logistical success of all administrative operations and fundraising events.
