The Opportunity:

We are seeking a customer-focused marketer to join our Product Marketing team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll deliver product marketing experiences that nurture Higg customers, stimulate product adoption and drive customer growth on the platform. You will support the go-to-market process for new features and launches as they relate to existing customers, by working cross-functionally with the product marketing, product and customer success organizations.

You’ll be instrumental in building our customer nurture programs through channels such as email, in-browser notifications, and with digital experiences like webinars. You will support the collection and interpretation of customer insights by working with CS to collect and distill qualitative and quantitative feedback across all customer segments. 


The ideal candidate is someone with 4+ years in a Customer or Lifecycle Marketing role. You are tenacious about optimizing customer journeys and increasing product adoption for customers. You are passionate about using email as a tool for continuous customer engagement. You have strong marketing acumen, a keen eye for branding, and strong storytelling abilities.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and retention for Higg customers. 

  • Develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns across all CRM channels (including email, in-browse) to increase subscriber retention and renewal rates.

  • Create specialized campaigns that support upsells and customer growth on the Higg platform.

  • Develop product content for new releases specifically targeting existing customers, such as webinars and demos.

  • Consistently launch and monitor experiments designed to impact user retention, engagement, and product development.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing Manager to integrate new product and feature messaging into customer content. 

  • Work with the Analytics team to highlight key engagement and churn indicators, and leverage data to continuously strive for personalization at every touchpoint.




Required Qualifications:

  • A background in marketing, with 4+ years of experience in a Customer Marketing role

  • Strong organizational and planning skills 

  • Proven competency in email lifecycle marketing, HTML/WYSIWYG tools, Pardot/Marketo/Hubspot CRMs – we will ask to see a portfolio of your best examples!

  • Proven competency in customer engagement and in-platform messaging tools (Beamer, AppCues, Pendo, etc.)

  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing and CS campaigns

  • Proactive, thrives in a “builder”p environment 

  • Strong writing skills and graphic design acumen

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.

  • B2B SAAS marketing experience

  • Proven relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills 

  • Demonstrated professional or personal interest in sustainability and impact is strongly preferred.
