The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be a primary contributor to the delivery of a comprehensive sales program in support of our revenue growth goals. You will be responsible for cultivating interest in our core platform and custom offerings, identifying new solutions for prospective clients, and meeting conversion goals in particular segments such as Brands, Manufacturers and Services Providers. Reporting to Higg’s Business Development and Sales function leaders, you will keep the team apprised of the sales pipeline, and provide insight on how to improve our efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning and execution of the company sales strategy and program for existing service offerings, and provide direct leadership in planning for your designated segments
As new product lines emerge, contribute to the development of sales strategy and program
Develop relationships with current and potential clients, and directly manage the sales process and pipeline
Project manage execution of the developed sales strategies and objectives
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to Associate-level sales personnel
Collaborate with the Partnerships team to jointly cultivate potential customers, and ensure successful sell-through of new Higg partnerships
Provide valuable strategic input to the sales strategy and share insights about customer demand and feedback that will inform our product development roadmap
Identify opportunities for strategic pilots and partnerships that may support with long-term value creation
Work with Customer success and Operations to deliver proposals and contracts to clients that Higg can profitably and successfully deliver
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding for new and existing clients

Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in a team within a remote or partially distributed work environment (or clear, demonstrated comfort level with this type of environment)
3-5 years of experience engaging with external clients and stakeholders
Experience in a technology/SaaS organization within a fast-paced growing environment is a plus
Experience leading and mentoring others, either in direct reporting relationship or team environment
The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and a level of comfort navigating ambiguity in your role
Strong analytical skills and take a data-driven approach to decision-making
Complex project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
High level of attention to detail
Fluency across a variety of technology tools including project management or customer success software, Microsoft office and Google suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated commitment to social and / or environmental improvement
Familiarity with selling into sustainability departments, or highly analogous environments
Location Requirements:
Location is flexible, though ideally will allow for high degrees of collaboration with the Executive Team and major customers.
If in North America, preferred working location is in close proximity to a hub international airport, or
If in Europe / Asia, preferred working location is within a city with or in close proximity to an international airport with non-stop flights to major North American and European destinations, i.e. SFO, JFK, LHR.
