Role

This position will work directly as part of our Fan Space Team. Individuals in this role will be expected to have both experience in and passion for Kpop Events, Event Planning, Customer Service, Retail, and Social Media. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our Fan Space Team to create a welcoming and exciting experience in our ATLANTA Space.

  • Build relationships and positive rapport with the Kpop community

  • Track and Report Daily Sales and Activity in the space

  • Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS

  • Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers

  • Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd

  • Assist in Creative Tasks 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher

  • Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites

  • A genuine interest in Kpop music and content

  • 1-2 Years Experience in Kpop Events (Planning or Participating)

  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail 

  • Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

  • Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+  to create a welcoming and exciting environment for Kpop

Work Hours

Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM ET
